Model type and # of lawnmower was used to order this accessory at the end of May. Product was recieved- good conditionand appears very good qualityhowever wrong size.

The problem I encountered was the long time it is taking to get theissue resolved.Theydo NOT have a replacement bag to fit my Honda mower.So Iwill return the incorrect bag - but they want to charge a restocking fee which I think is not correct in this case.
