I am writing this review in hope of upgrading workmanship and info. package? Received mower and check the bottom inside of pan cover for surface protection. It has a dusting of paint, I am going to disassemble blade and other items and apply a protective coating to prevent rust. The info package notes 20 oz of oil needed and they send a 18 oz bottle? Engine info pg.7 English section is in English first paragraphand the second in a foreign language? The mower assembly info. is "if yours has it" Why not give each model a letter or number tag to let you know which one applies to the one you purchased.
