When the Item was received, several small parts were missing.After contacting the Swisher company, I was assured that the missing parts would be provided at no cost.That promise was fulfilled.
However,, I have the following comments concerning the design of this machine: (These comments are keyed to the Swisher Owner's Manual, 10696 Rev-06-32).
1.The pull start is located on the engine.Most modern lawn machines with a 'handle safety squeeze bar' are configured with the pull handle mounted within easy reach of the handle.
2. The machine does not have any method of acheiving accurate cutting height, other than the operators ability to judge the distance between the cutting cords and the ground. The plastic threaded roller (item 10) is inadequate and the distance from the ground should be adjustable by the operator.
3. Operation of the machine causes cut material to pack into the space between the rear drive pulley (item 2) and the rear cover (item 5).
4. The engine 'cooling' design is self defeating because as material is cut it is sucked onto the top engine grill over the air flow intake and prevents air from flowing over the engine. That is not good and must prevent adequate engine cooling.
These changes in the aforementioned flaws would make your machine a much more usable item.

These are the same plugs you can buy at any auto supply store. However, they were less expensive than any store near me and they were delivered to my door, worth the short wait!
Fit my lawnmower perfectly, bought two for a total replacement. I can tell a major improvement in the way my mower cuts grass. The grass has a much smoother cut, with the old blades it seemd like it was just chopping it, if you can understand what I am saying.
MowTownUSA provided fast service on this item (Tecumseh & Eager1 engines, used by Sears/Craftsman), at a great value if you order 2-4 at 1 time.
I really can't tell if this stuff works as advertised or not.Mower started with or without it.
This is not an OEM Briggs piece, but it is a nice part, fits perfectly, pre-oiled and ready to go.
Disappointed in performance, is under powered for most tasks. The machine is difficult to pull behind ATV and get close enough to fence to do and adequate job and then is easily bogged down by grass. The recoil action increases the difficulty in doing a nice job of mowing.The postmaster does have limited application along ditches but again you must move very slowly to allow machine to keep running this can be extremely difficult even in the lowest gear on an ATV.I have owned the postmaster for two years but after initial trial period rarely use the machine. Very disappointed.
The blades ordered were rec'd new and as described, in a timely fashion. I have not installed them as I currently have a very old set of mulching blades and the new ones require a part that I did not order. Live and learn. However, life is good.
Received the part in a timely manner. Part was exactly as advertised and fit my mower. Good service!!
This was an exact replacement for the blade adaptor that came off my mower according to the numbers on the old part.I put it on, torqued the bolt, and fired it up.It literally lasted less than 5 minutes before the two tabs that hold the blade in place sheared right off.
On my mower, the fuel primer and the pull cord quickly died during the first season of use, which for me was a summer with a severe drought and not much use. Parts are difficult to find and are expensive. 
I replaced my old mower with this model of Honda-engined mower.It was completely assembled in the box and came with everything needed to mow--except the gasoline.Adding the first oil was easy and intuitive, and adjusting the handle height was simple.From the time I opened the box to the time I was mowing the lawn was a whopping ten minutes.
Needed a filter for my Lawnboy mower and was surprised that these filters were not available at Home Depot. Since that was where I bought the mower. I bought the four pack since it is always a good practice to change these, works great.
I bought these wheels to replace the ones on my Craftsman lawn mower.This lawn mower has unique wheels, whereby there is a ring gear inside the back of the wheel (poor design by Craftsman). The original wheels had stripped the gear (after a year of use), and the self propel would no longer function.These wheels fit perfectly, and self propel once again works.I may buy another set to keep on hand, I can see these wheels having to be replaced after a period of time due to craftsman's design flaw of the self propel mechanism.The drive gear is metal, and the ring gear in the wheel is plastic.I think they should have made a metal ring gear to fit the inside of the back of the wheel, instead of plastic, and it would have extended the life of them.
I reviewed all of the available pull behind mowers, and I chose the swisher because it was the widest with the most HP that I could find.Also, I was close to buying the Agri, but those folks couldn't tell me where to buy one, as Sears was out of stock on them.
I have used this production in my mower, which has a 15 hp Briggs & Stratton, since it was new.I have had zero problems with the engine and have not even had to have changed the spark plug.Excellent product.
If you are thinking about going from a gas-powered mower to a reel mower there a few things you should understand. I own a new Luxus 38 and have used it to mow my lawn (approx. 800 - 1000 square ft.) 3 times and it is harder than a power mower. This seems obvious enough maybe but I was surprised at how much. I have a deep regard for the enviroment and this is just a step in a larger trend to simplify my life so I intend to continue using it but I have had to change a few things on how I work in my yard that are outlined here along with some personal opinion mixed in for fun.
Satisfied with the process except I would appreciate additional notices at the time of the orders, processing and shipping.

This wheel is the front drive wheel. Make sure you update the quantity if you want 2 wheels. They maybe cheaper thru Sears.
